Keep those thoughts

Start a journal to record your diary or keep a note of things that pop into your mind - a recipe you want to try, a new walk or activity; or helping someone? How did it work out? What do you wish you had done differently? What do you hope for? Be more productive: - - Get stuff done. Make a list of the 3 most important tasks for the day to help you achieve your goals. Be more reflective: - - Record the seasonal changes. Look at what's growing in your garden and in the hedgerows - fruits, flowers, berries. What's the weather like today? - Having a bad time? Get some personal therapy - write it all down and read it back after a few days to help you reflect and manage those feelings. - What are you thankful for?

Be creative: - - Make it visual - create a cartoon of daily interactions with your family, friends and others. Keep it easy with 'stick' men, women, children & pets. - Make a collage of found items. Journaling helps you to achieve your goals and increase your emotional intelligence.
